Microsoft PowerPoint is not a graphic design program.

Just like Rules 2 and 9, Microsoft PowerPoint isn’t really a graphic design program that is suitable for taking your information to press or online. Its purpose is to guide people through a topic—usually via a large projector, screen, or monitor. It doesn’t have the full suite of capabilities necessary to publish information across different media.
